Barbershop Terms & Conditions.

We want every client to have a great experience. To help us provide the best service, we kindly ask that all clients follow these simple policies:

 

1. Punctuality

- Please arrive on time for your appointment.

- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid delays for other clients.

 

2. Respect for Staff and Clients

- We maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

- We ask all clients to treat our barbers and other customers with courtesy and respect at all times.

- Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

- Please give at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

- Missed appointments without notice will result in a no-show fee.

 

4. Hygiene & Safety

- For the comfort of everyone, please ensure good personal hygiene when attending appointments.

- We reserve the right to decline service if a client’s condition presents a risk to staff or other clients’ health and safety.

 

5. Children & Guests

- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

- For safety reasons, please avoid bringing additional guests unless necessary.

 

6. Right to Refuse Service

- Our barbers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies.
